One of Michael's lifelong dreams has been to pet a tiger......not just pet a tiger, he has wanted to basically lay down by a tiger and snuggle them. He has wanted to look a tiger in the eye and defy death ever since he saw Disney's jungle book. Watch as his dream comes true.
We visited Tiger Kingdom in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Their goal is to educate the public on Tigers and their plight. In 1900 there were over 100,000 tigers in the wild worldwide. In 2016 there were 4,200. Tigers population has dwindled because the places that they can live has diminished through deforestation. They are also hunted by man. Tiger Kingdom does an amazing job of educating. Their tigers are domesticated and have never lived in the wild. They invite tourists of all types to come and learn more on how to help tigers grow their dwindling population.
Watch as we make toys for tigers and play with them in their cage. All of us get a chance to pet tigers. Michael's dream has come true and the Johnson family all have the eye of the tiger now so watch out!
